For more than three decades, JETS has been a regular exhibitor at Nor-Shipping, and this year was no exception. With over 30 years behind us at the exhibition, it has become a natural arena to meet both long-time contacts and new partners.

Life in the Oslofjord has been threatened by serious environmental challenges for decades, including eutrophication, algal blooms, and oxygen depletion. To protect the fjord, a ban on the discharge of sewage from recreational boats directly into the water was introduced on 1 July 2024. It is now crucial to have enough pump-out stations along the coast.

JETS has for many years offered pump replacement through our Exchange Pool programme, where customers send in used units and receive an overhauled pump in return. In 2024, the company took a major step forward by upgrading the scheme with a brand-new service cells at its headquarters in Hareid.
